Progress Update: Gothic Windows

So today my modeling focused a lot on smaller details and once more on adding geometry to the stern. I’ve also started modeling the Gothic cathedral windows. Here’s what it looks like so far:

I’ve added more details and started to focus on putting in the geometry for the cathedral style windows that dominate the command deck and bridge of the warship. I’ve also added other types of details as well.

As I mentioned in my last post, the main issue is that it’s really tough to tell what goes on the stern of the warship for a variety of reasons. The first is that there are many different interpretations of the warship. The second is that none of the pictures really focus too much on the detail on the stern of the warship. I’ve decided that I’m going to try my best to fill in the gaps with my own inventions (since this model isn’t exactly an Emperor class). Hopefully I’ll be able to add more of this stuff tomorrow/soon.

As always, like, subscribe, and share!
